This one has tasted great throughout--a light bodied amber ale, with a round maltiness throughout and just a toch of hops bitterness. This is a thirst quincher.

An important qualifier, there was an acceleration of CO2 output in the last few days, and a filmy substance on the top of the brew when we went to open it. It could have become contaminated somehow late in the game. Tasted fine, though. So we nottled it and will approach the first couple of bottles warily.
